We’re big on user-friendliness here at Adding1. We want to make sure you get the most from your Adding1 partnership. So send us your questions, and we’ll reply directly. Then – provided you’re happy to share with other Adding1 partners – we’ll post both questions and answers here on our site.

What is membership?

As a member of Adding1, you become one of a select group of intermediaries with exclusive access to our products and services.

How much does it cost?

The annual partnership fee is £550.

How do I join and what is required of my company?

Will I receive junk email if I register with you?

No. You will never receive junk email from us. Nor will we pass your details on to any other organisation. We’re here to provide the complete intermediary service, not to proliferate junk email. From time to time we’d like to inform you of relevant Adding1 developments and offers. But you can even opt out of this if you prefer.

Can I cancel my partnership at any time?

Yes. We hope you won’t want to! You will be able to use all the services from the moment you join, so your annual partnership fee won’t be returnable.

Can you remove my details from your site?

Yes. If you surrender membership status we will remove your details from the site.

What if I have more questions or want to send an email to Adding1?

If you can't find an answer in the FAQs section you can contact us through the Customer Service Feedback and Help Centre (Adding1’s managed enquiry desk) by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

What if I do not get an answer to the email I sent to Adding1?

We do our best to answer every email we receive. If an email is returned as undeliverable, we have no way of contacting you. So please, make sure you can receive email and contact us again. We don't respond to spam or email containing profanity. If you're using AOL, make sure that your email preferences are set to receive email from Adding1. Go to the Mail Center menu and choose Mail Controls to make sure your settings don't restrict your email to that coming only from certain domains.

How do I get an answer to a question that is not here or on the website?

At Adding1 we value your enquiry and will do everything we can to ensure a speedy response to all questions. If you are asking a detailed question it may not always be possible to reply immediately. We have specialists who deal with enquiries about products and other issues, and they may take time to research your query. However, we promise a response within 48 hours of receiving your email.
